(Aug 23-27) River Edge Full Day Camp – The Ultimate Series Camp

The Full Day Camp - 9:00am-2:00pm August 23rd-27th - Soccer Session, Snack Time, Series Sign Ups, (Lunch, FIFA Tournament) 

Activities include: Futsal, Soccer Baseball, Soccer Tennis,  Foot Volley, Water Balloon Toss, and Soccer Tournament and Much MORE!

Pool participation will require additional payment: $18 for 1 day or $36 for 2 days

Terms and Services:

-TBO Player Waiver

All guardians must read the TBO Player Waiver before the participant takes part in any Top Bins Only sessions. By registering online, the participant affirms having read the TBO Player Waiver and acknowledges having had sufficient opportunity to have this agreement reviewed by participant’s counsel.

On my own behalf and on the behalf of my heirs, successors and assigns, I hereby forever release and discharge and agree to indemnify and hold Top Bins Only and their respective affiliates from any and all liabilities, claims, costs, demands or causes of action, whether known or unknown ("claims") that I may now or hereafter have for injuries or damages arising out of my participation in any " Top Bins Only " training sessions.

I understand and acknowledge that dangers of personal injury are inherent in participating in soccer training sessions, and I expressly and voluntarily assume all risk of death or personal injury sustained in the training sessions, including but not limited to the risks incurred in all these activities and those arising from hidden, latent or obvious defects in any facilities or equipment used. I acknowledge the possibility that my successors or I may not fully know the number or magnitude of all claims, and agree that this release is a full and final release of all claims. This release is intended to be binding on my heirs and assigns. I agree that this Release shall be governed for all purposes by New Jersey Law, without regard to such law on choice of law.

Submission of this form indicates that you have read and agree to the terms of our waiver. Waiver/Indemnification: As parent/Legal guardian of the child named herein, I hereby represent that the child has been examined by a pediatrician and is physically fit to participate in Top Bins Only programs. I understand that there are inherent risks participating in this athletic program. I hereby accept responsibility for and agree to pay any and all costs of medical treatment resulting from any injury suffered by my child as a result of his/her participation, and/or representatives from any and all liability, damage, cost or expense arising out of my child's participation, of every kind and nature in Top Bins Only LLC events. In the event that I cannot be reached in an emergency, I hereby give permission for care to be administered by a qualified Top Bins Only LLC. staff member, EMT, physician/staff or hospital, or any other qualified individual to provide any medical treatment deemed necessary for my child. As well, I give permission to Top Bins Only LLC to take photos/videos of my child participating in the program for various marketing purposes and to send me emails about upcoming events.

-TBO Camp Cancelations/ Inclement Weather

If it's just rain, we play! The only time we stop playing is in the case of extremely inclement weather or thunder and lightning. Our coaches are familiar with each facility and they are experienced in making the correct decision should the weather become an issue. The safety and well-being of the children is our number one priority. If it is raining in the morning please travel to the site unless otherwise directed, as decisions will be made by the head coach at each individual location. We will make every attempt to make up any lost time throughout the week by extending the camp day or starting camp earlier each day. It is rare that we are unable to make up lost time throughout the week. In the event that a program is cut short due to inclement weather or any other unforeseen issues, every effort is made to make up lost time. In the event that the program cannot be made up, no refunds or credits are offered.
